소개

My role with clients is to help them see their blind spots, and to help them develop the ability to be more adaptable on their own. In other words, they are better able to respond to what life asks of them; or, to navigate life's changes more effectively. What happens on the table is pretty amazing, but my clients are able to take what they learn there and apply it themselves. What I cherish most about this is connecting people to who they are, teaching them that they can rely on their bodies for growth, and that it's a resource that's always with them. I help them understand they are so much larger than their circumstance, and to realize they can live life from that new place of understanding.
