I’ve been seeing Dr. Mercedes for the past couple of months, and the experience has been outstanding. The treatments have made such a dramatic improvement in my neck pain that I almost forget I ever had an issue. Dr. Mercedes is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients’ progress. Gloria at the front desk is always welcoming, organized, and a pleasure to work with. The entire office runs smoothly and feels first-class from start to finish. I highly recommend giving them a try, you won’t regret it!

I started seeing Dr Mercedes Cook in March because I was suffering from intense, debilitating migraines and neck pain. The migraines became so frequent I was desperate to find help. I live a holistic lifestyle and not opposed to taking Advil on occasion, but wanted to find another solution that didn't involve taking meds regularly. I learned about Upper Cervical Chiropractic from a reddit thread and called and made an appointment the next day. I'm happy to share this treatment works and I haven't had a migraine in months. I have my sense of wellbeing back and ultimately feel better than I have in years. If you're in San Diego and suffering like I was, don't give this a second thought, it's changed my life and I'm so grateful to Dr Cook and her team!

After being a bad car accident where my airbag deployed, I’ve had serve neck pain and many other pain throughout my body. I’ve gone to so many types of places including other chiropractors and nothing seemed to help. I would continue to have chronic neck pain. I couldn’t turn my head right or left. I couldn’t do my workout classes without being in pain and then a client referred me to see Dr Mercedes Cook. Her method was different and I was willing to try anything since I was so much pain. Much to my surprise I can now turn my head either way and not have the same pain like I had. I can now do my exercises and my range of motion had improved and keeps improving. I so happy to say life has gotten better for me. I hope to continue to keep getting better. I highly recommended Dr Cook.

I honestly can’t thank Dr. Cook enough. I came to her after dealing with neck pain, headaches, and vertigo that no one else could seem to fix. She did a CBCT scan and found the exact issue in my neck that other doctors had missed. After a few gentle upper cervical adjustments, my headaches are gone, my vertigo has completely disappeared, and I feel like myself again.
Dr. Cook truly knows what she’s doing! She’s kind, thorough, and takes time to explain everything so you understand what’s going on. Her focus on upper cervical chiropractic care is something everyone should know about. It’s gentle, precise, and honestly life-changing.
If you’re in San Diego, California, and dealing with headaches, vertigo, or neck pain, go see Dr. Cook. She’s absolutely amazing, and I wish I had found her sooner!
