Nishal was in the field of strength and conditioning for nearly 8 years before going to PT school. His specialty was dealing with overhead athletes (baseball and volleyball) as well as runners before going to PT school. However, through extensive continuing education and knowledge consumption, Nishal is well versed getting all athletes (both recreational and competitive) back to their peak levels.The Movement Clinic was started in 2017 by Nishal Patel, PT, with the basis of putting the clients and patients first! The Movement Clinic offers performance based therapy with the goal of offering a flawless transition from the rehab world back into to the strength world.
