Dr. Todd and his staff have been really incredible. He has helped me more in three weeks than six months of Physical therapy after shoulder surgery. My pain is finally coming down and I have hope that I can get back to my active lifestyle!

Dr. Wells is just amazing! I have been seeing him for over 20 years and trust him completely. He has helped me through many injuries: ankle, wrist, neck, hip, back, and I'm not even an athlete! I saw Dr. Chad for twelve years for chiropractic care, trusting him completely. In 2019, that trust was shattered after my experience in his office almost cost me my ability to walk. I came in with severe lower back pain, leg weakness, tingling, and numbness. He dismissed it as sciatica, adjusted me (making things significantly worse), and sent me home, telling me to “take it easy” even though I was in so much pain that I was crying and barely able to walk. Within hours, I lost all feeling below my waist and couldn't move my legs. I went to the ER and was diagnosed with a ruptured disc compressing my spinal cord, requiring emergency surgery to prevent paralysis. The ER doctor was shocked that my chiropractor hadn't recognized the signs. While the surgery saved me from paralysis, I was partially paralyzed for months and still have numbness and limited use of one leg. Dr. Chad's dismissal of my serious symptoms, followed by his denial of even adjusting me, was disappointing and unacceptable. If you have severe back pain with weakness, numbness, or difficulty walking, go to the ER immediately and get an MRI. Don't let a misdiagnosis cost you your mobility!

I see Dr. Chad, and while I would like to keep him a secret it wouldn't be fair to anyone in pain. Several years ago I was referred by a friend because I had to lift my left leg with my hand to get it into my car. This was after months of physical therapy. One visit with Dr. Chad and I was been able to get into my car without issue. He is amazing! In fact, everyone I've encountered at the office has been awesome!
