I have been coming stretch lab for a bit now. As someone who’s hates stretching, this is one way of getting it done. I first started with Jose, who did a great job. However, he ended up moving on and recommend Emma. Who I have been going with since then. Let me begin by saying, despite her size, she is strong and will help with your flexibility. She picked up where Jose left off and has been doing a great job. Overall great place and vibes.

I love how everyone there is so professional and caring. They all do a wonderful job no matter who is your flexoligist. They take their time in makeing sure you're meeting your goal.

This has been a total game-changer in my recovery journey (background consists of past knee surgery, back, and hip injuries... Yes, I'm a clumsy mess!). And have I been thru it with 3 stints at PT, regular chiropractic visits, and moving as healing for this lil ol body of mine! My go-to's are Autumn and Ralph. They all have the magic touch, though! I feel like these 2 know my body's quirks so well and the extra, extra bonus is that they're amazing humans. Getting to know them as "a regular" at Stretchlab this past year has been an absolute pleasure! Their whole staff is like my bonus fam! Am super blessed by them all.

I love Stretch Lab. It has helped me so much. I look forward to seeing Deja for my sessions. Every stretch is different depending on how I feel. Deja listens and finds a solution/stretch to help with my constant body changes.

I’ve been feeling very stiff and achey and have been wanting to try this place for a while. Everyone was so welcoming from the moment I walked in! The studio has a clean, serene feel and is clearly well maintained. I was paired with Emma who was amazing and personable, and I definitely got a good stretch in. My body feels more relaxed and less tense. I recommend this StretchLab location and Emma! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making this experience enjoyable.
