Dr. Garry Krakos, DC

After months of back pain and limited relief from other treatments, I was referred to Spine Arts Center. After a few visits, I'm happy to say I'm now pain-free and back to my normal activities and sports. Dr. Lim is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and caring, and the entire staff is attentive and welcoming. Thank you very much to everyone at Spine Arts Center - I'm truly grateful!

Run. I paid $800 for my first appointment and was told it was a series of 3 appointments to have my atlas adjusted. The next around $400 and the 3rd $100, then I was told to come in once a week the every 2 weeks, each appointment $100. This all would have been fine, IF she didn’t cause me harm and actually helped. As the adjustments went on, all of the symptoms I went on for worsened exponentially, I went to her distraught because of my symptoms and ai suggested that maybe I was adjusted in the wrong direction, only the first adjustment is based on the CT. I voiced my concern and she blew me off and said “ we are talking millimeters” , and the asked me how were things at home, to which I answered , “fine”, I didn’t realize in that moment, she , a chiropractor was doing the same thing as all the other doctors who don’t know what they are doing in suggesting all my symptoms are from stress. Info am not mistaken, people travel from afar to have this 1 vertebrae moved “millimeters” for life changing results, it is not unreasonable, in my opinion to think then that if it were moved even ever so slightly in the wrong direction that the consequences could equal and opposite of the desired effects. She was expensive, condescending, belittling and dismissive. AND I have been trying to get a copy of my imaging for months, but they are not sending it . I had such high hopes for this.

The Spine Arts Center has changed my life. I deal with a lot of issues in my upper cervical spine, and used to go to a chiropractor daily for chronic pain. I’m now going stretches of weeks at a time without pain thanks to Dr. Lim. She is knowledgeable and caring and considers every facet of your health when deciding on a treatment plan. For the first time in years, I feel like I’m finally getting my life back. I saw over 60 doctors before finding Spine Arts Center and this has place helped me far beyond anywhere I have been before. I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially if you have upper cervical problems.

My whole life has changed thanks to Dr.Krakos. In just one week he has helped to relieve pain that I have endured for over 10 years. From the initial visit knew I was in good hands. He took his time explaining the historical background of the Atlas process and how it had evolved and his knowledge about it was very impressive. Next he reviewed my medical history and told me all of my symptoms before I could! At that given moment I got the validation I needed that i had finally found a doctor who truly listened to me and was vested in helping me! After my first Atlas adjustment, I felt immediate relief. I was able to lay on my back for the first time in almost 16 years without pain. The chronic knee pain that I suffered after tearing my meniscus, went away the next day, and I am able to extend my knee back-and-forth and actually put pressure on it without pain or discomfort. I have suffered for over 15 years with chronic pain, inflammation and vertigo. I had a mini stroke in November and for almost a year I have experienced numbness, BPV/Vertigo and was terrified to drive. After just three visits, my physical pain is subsiding, Vertigo has disappeared, balance has been restored and faith in doctors has been renewed 🙌🏽🙏🏾 I can honestly say that I am looking forward to every visit that I have with Dr. Krakos because I know that I will be walking away with a smile, sleeping better and my quality of life without pain and discomfort will continue to improve.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Lim. She has been instrumental in getting me back to myself. I had been dealing head and neck pain that would keep me up at night, drain my focus and energy. I was really getting discouraged thinking, there was no fix. I’m 3 sessions in and I can honestly say this has been life changing for me. Don’t wait, give it a try. The adjustments are painless and very relieving.
