Dr. Adam Jacobs attended UC Santa Cruz and received his undergraduate degree in Biology; from there he attended Palmer West College of Chiropractic, in San Jose, CA specializing in sports chiropractic. Dr. Jacobs is full body certified in Active Release Technique (ART) and is a certified chiropractic sports physician (CCSP). He specializes in treatment of headaches, TMJ, sports injuries and extremity conditions. He has worked with professional and Olympic athletes. Recently has been voted best chiropractor in the bay area in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019.SF Custom Chiropractic opened in January 2011 by founder Dr. Adam Jacobs. With a combination of state-of-the-art technology and customized treatments for each patient, over 10,000 patients have reported back pain relief and developed a healthy lifestyle.
