I am a physiotherapist passionate about getting you Ready to move pain-free, move better and move stronger. I trained at Queen's University, treat all orthopedic conditions and specializes in Redcord + Neurac therapy especially for back, neck, knee and shoulder issues. I am also an avid sports enthusiast. On any given week, besides getting you Ready to achieve your goals, you can see me playing tennis, golf, hockey, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, badminton and more. With all these sports, I have had my fair share of injuries so I understand the frustration of not being able to play or to do the things you love. I strive to get you back to the court, pitch, rink and life as soon as possible.
