I was an athlete and remain active through my adult life. I have experienced quite a few injuries, tension, back pain and the needed work which aided my ongoing recovery. I had a natural gift prior to my education that sparked my interest in the health and wellness field so I developed my innate skill. Graduated in 2002, I got my license as a massage therapist. Through my experience, I have worked in high end spas from the Beverly Hilton, Mr. C Hotel, Sofitel, luxury health clubs such as Equinox and under medical practices in chiropractic, physical therapy and acupuncture. My clients range from professional athletes, dancers, celebrities, paraplegic/quadriplegic, elderly and everyone else in between. I love what I do and bring a unique healing style to the table- literally!After 14 years of working at high end hotels, medical practices and fitness settings, Myo Evolution was created in 2017. The main problem we wanted to address was the lack of knowledge clients had about their own physical and emotional pain. We identify the root cause and how to heal them. By incorporating postural and emotional assessments, the client would be able to bridge the gap and make further strides towards wellness. In addition by adding self massage classes allowed to increase the clients body awareness and ability to self manage and reverse chronic tension, leaving them empowered and enthusiastic about having a game plan they felt confident about. Each body part needed its own dedicated time and attention, particularly dealing with injures or ongoing pain to efficiently deliver results in the comfort of their own home, workplace or travel.
