I have always been fascinated and intrigued by the human body and all of its capacities. I am absolutely passionate about anatomy and kinesiology. I enjoy problem solving and figuring out the root cause of pain and muscular discomfort. I am also nationally certified in personal training as it is important for me to inform and share knowledge with my clients as to what they could do in there every day to keep their bodies in the healthiest way possible and feeling their best. I strongly believe in self-care and preserving our minds and bodies thru diet, exercise, meditation, etc. Discovering massage has been amazing and gratifying work for me. There is nothing like making people feel good for a living!I have been working in different clinics, gyms, spas and wellness centers for the last 8 years providing massage in many different places. I realized that I would like to provide my own service in my own healing space. I began my business out of a chiropactic office in San Francisco, eventually moving my business to West L.A. and now in Downtown Long Beach located inside Olive Yoga Studio.
