My treatments are an eclectic blend of many different therapies and trainings. I moved to Portland in 2003 to attend chiropractic school, and graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in 2007. I have received additional training in Craniosacral Therapy, Mayan abdominal massage and clinical pelvic floor therapy. I grew up in a small town in Northern Michigan, where I developed a huge appreciation for Mother Nature. I love twisted tree roots, swimming in lakes, hiking up mountains and basking in the sunshine. I am a self help book junkie and have been collecting quotes since I was a teenager. I love learning about all things herbal, cooking nourishing food, practicing yoga, watching movies with my husband and playing outside with my boys. I love reading anatomy books. I think the human body is insanely fascinating. I am especially enamored with what a woman's body is capable of during the childbearing year.Wouldn't it be amazing to feel supported on your journey? Wouldn't it be even more amazing to do it all in a body that's strong and healthy enough to keep up with an adventurous toddler or an active teen? Our mission is to give you the tools you need to not only survive this crazy ride of motherhood, but to thrive, and to have a body that can hold up to whatever motherhood throws at you. We offer chiropractic care, naturopathic medicine and craniosacral therapy. We specialize in pregnant and postpartum mamas, as well as babies and kids of all ages.
