Rob is passionate about exercise and movement as a medical intervention to help fight off common disease processes that many of us face each day. Movement is Medicine, we are built to move but poor posture and body mechanics from years of daily abuse and injuries keeps us from optimizing our movement. Rob's goal is to help his clients and patients move more with less pain and dysfunction. Chiropractic, Massage, Strength Training...whatever keeps you from moving, Rob is there to help!Longevity Health and Fitness began as an in-home and on-site personal training business back in 2005, as I began to see more clients I noticed how many people were trying to avoid pain or recover from an injury. With that in mind I wanted to help my clients perform their exercises better and with more pain free biomechanics. I enrolled into a Medical Massage Therapy program and after my schooling was complete that service was added to the Longevity menu. Working as a strength coach/trainer and massage therapist was good to a point but there were still treatments and modalities I was unable to perform for my clients who needed them. So, after almost 8 years offering training and massage I enrolled in Chiropractic school and now as a Doctor of Chiropractic I have the freedom to treat my patients with the proper methods to accommodate whatever movement problems arise. I am also set to complete a Masters of Acupuncture in December of 2016. Movement is Medicine, Let's Move!
