Dr Lisa is a 2013 Leadwoman- Specializing in sports medicine, she currently works with USAClimbing as their traveling provider from 2009 to present. Originally from Nine Mile Falls, Wa. She obtained her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer-West College of Chiropractic in Santa Clara California with a specialization in Sports Chiropractic and athlete/worker biomechanics. Her BS in CellularBiology and Neuroscience is from MSU-Bozeman. Her extensive sports experience includes years of training at physical therapy & rehabilitation centers since the age of 18- A past sponsor of Boulder area tennis including the Austin Scott and other major athletic venues including the Boulder AVP Tour ('09)-24 Hours of Adrenalin World Championships, and the San Jose World Championship Highland Games ('07) among others. Working for the San Jose Ballet previously- Dr Lisa now specifically works with USAClimbing & athletes in Boulder Colorado as well as Skype medical coaching with international climbersLifeSport developed from the idea that a patient shouldn't have to set up separate appointments to see a medical doctor, a physical therapist, a chiropractor, and a body work specialist to get better. With past sports medicine training and deep tissue/massage training, our doctor blends both worlds so you dont have to spend any extra time getting to the bottom of your injury. An avid athlete, Dr. Lisa has competed collegiately in cycling, running, and nordic skiing and currently competes/trains in the Ultra scene here in Boulder. Her knowledge of injury and recovery stem as much from her experiences as much as from clinical training and expertise. Interested a great deal in giving back to the community, in the summer of 2009 LifeSport gave 27 days of donated medical aid at sporting events including being the major medical sponsor for many tournaments and competitions here in the Boulder/Broomfield/Longmont areas.
