소개

I have almost two decades of massage experience and I have worked in a doctor's office, chiropractor's office and doing sports massage on a team. I enjoy helping people feel better in their body and giving recommendations on how you can maintain that after the massage. Some of the modalities I use are trigger point therapy, deep tissue, advanced myofascial therapy, Thai massage, and some other movement techniques I have studied.My journey to massage came after I pursued a career in the healthcare field. I found massage therapy at that time because I knew someone who was seeing a massage therapist. I decided to look into the schooling and ultimately said yes that is the job I want to do. After working for others for most of my career, in June of 2023 I decided to open my own practice.
