Your massage is always a customized session based on what your body needs: physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. I offer a deeply relaxing, therapeutic massage. Whether you need some deep tissue, myofascial release, swedish, relaxation, thai, cupping, or specific treatment work due to an injury, I will listen to your specific needs and adapt your session accordingly. I often use essential oils and hot towels to aid in reducing tension and inflammation, and to give you a very relaxing and nurturing experience. I love using chinese cupping and gua-sha techniques to break up adhesions and increase circulation so that your immune system can kick in and heal those specific areas. I also believe the addition of thai stretches helps blood flow and joint mobility, helping to reduce injuries. I only use these additional techniques with client approval.
