I normally don’t write reviews, but in this case I felt it was truly deserved. I had been struggling with chronic plantar fasciitis and was looking into shockwave therapy as a treatment option. Before making a decision, I called several places to ask questions and understand the process better. Dr. Tim at Inner Balance Institute was the only one who personally took the time to speak with me on the phone. He patiently answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and explained the treatment in detail. That conversation alone made me feel comfortable and confident about moving forward. I decided to see him for shockwave therapy, and I’m very glad I did. The treatment has been extremely beneficial and has helped my healing process tremendously. Dr. Tim is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about his patients. I’m very grateful that I found him, and I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with plantar fasciitis or considering shockwave therapy.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Tim on and off for the past 10 years & it’s always a great experience. He’s very Professional And has extensive knowledge. He’s helped me through whiplash from a car accident, regular adjustments and recently helping me with shoulder pain using the new shockwave gun, which I love. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Tim is excellent at what he does. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, which makes you feel confident and well taken care of. One of the tools Dr. Tim has is decompression machine, and after just a few sessions, and adjustment my lower back pain was completely gone. It has been over a year now and I’m still pain-free. The clinic is also very organized. His receptionist is friendly and helpful, and scheduling appointments is easy. You even get text reminders so you never forget your appointment. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Tim to anyone looking for effective and professional chiropractic care.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tim for at least five years to address neck, mid back and sciatic issues. I find that regular “tune ups” keep me feeling great. Dr. Tim knows how my back and neck like to be adjusted and gives a beautiful and gentle treatment each time. I come on an as-needed basis, and he’s cool with that. The office is beautifully decorated and laid out and also very relaxing. A plus is that, unlike many chiropractic offices they have an X-Ray machine right there in case you need one.
