Sajan Dogra was born and raised in the birthplace of yoga, in Rishikesh, India, learning and developing his knowledge of yoga Ayurveda and Meditation from childhood. At the age of 24 he started his Ayurveda holistic medicine and therapy center, Rishikesh Yoga Foundation, in Rishikesh, India, serving the public and receiving wonderful responses and growth in his work. Within a short time Mr. Dogra's unique Bliss of Breath style of yoga and powerful Meditation techniques, along with his deep knowledge of Ayurveda, he became well-known and sought after. Since founding RYF In India, Dogra move to NY and started with India Yoga Alliance in Saratoga Springs in 2019, as a beginning place to help the community and people with the knowledge and gifts of traditional, classical Yoga + Ayurveda cleansing and healing therapies.Indiana yoga alliance started in Rishikesh Indiai as Rishikesh Yoga foundation in 2016.now we started Indian yoga alliance in NY also.with the hi demand of our community
