I have been coming to Health First Chiropractic for several years. When i began, my neck and head were severely out of alignment and i also had a pinched nerve in my neck. Now, my neck is nearly pain free and my posture and body-comfort have never felt better. The healing takes time, but these methods get results.
Their patient appreciation day is a lovely event as well - there was food and music and massages. This place is wonderful.
10/10 Highly recommend.

Dr. Santos is truly magic. i’d never seen a chiro before and was pretty apprehensive, but a good friend saw & raved about her to me. i figured i’d give it a try. i didn’t feel like i had too many issues, just some general back & hip pain that felt normal for a 30yr old body, but Dr santos made me realize that my body didn’t need to feel like that! she gave me a couple adjustments and i was actually blown away by how i felt afterwards. the pain i had become accustomed to completely dissipated. it was wild. I mean life changing. i feel better than i did when i was 24 :O
I feel so lucky to have gotten to see her as early as i did in my pain journey, and know that she is here for me if i ever notice my pain creeping back in. Thank youuuu Dr. Santos!!

Dr. Santos data driven approach is what works for me. Her imaging machine is exactly like what orthodontists use and provided incredible clarity of my neck issue. Dr. Santos explained everything in a logical way that my physician brain needed and understood. Having not seen a chiropractor before, I can strongly recommend her to all and I'll be back!

Dr. Santos is a highly skilled Doctor of Chiropractic care, both in the precision of her adjustments and her professional, compassionate bedside manner. All of the staff at Health 1st Chiropractic are kind and welcoming of all who come in the door. I know I'm in good hands with Dr Santos, which allows me to feel safe and relax for my session, bringing about the best possible outcome.
