Dr. Hockstra is fantastic. He took the time to learn about my sports and medical history, as well as my movement preferences, and used all of that to create a holistic approach to our session.
He asked thoughtful questions about what I hoped to get out of the session and what hasn’t worked for me in the past, which I really appreciated. His comprehensive, well-rounded approach made me feel heard and well cared for.
He also made the experience enjoyable with great conversation and is genuinely such a kind human. Big shout-out to Brianne at the front desk as well. I had a wonderful experience with everyone!

Dr. Hockstra consistently demonstrates exceptional skill, often resolving all of my issues in just a single visit. As a yoga instructor and athlete experiencing perimenopause, I particularly appreciate his expertise. He successfully relieved my shoulder pain, preventing it from freezing, and addressed my sacroiliac joint discomfort along with other related issues. His approach is very gentle, avoiding invasive techniques, and he offers valuable recommendations for aftercare that complement treatment and support my recovery.

I came to see Dr. Hockstra for my sciatica and he was very gentle and careful when working on it. He had great suggestions and was not in a hurry to "crack my back" and do a quick fix because he wanted to be careful not to aggravate or make it worse. With Dr. Hockstra's help, I have made a full recovery from my sciatica. He also checked on me throughout my recovery, which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend Dr. Hockstra.

Dr. Hockstra is one of those rare finds. He's extremely knowledgeable and tries to understand what facets of your lifestyle affect your alignment. But most importantly, he is one of the kindest, gentlest souls I've encountered in the medical field. I can easily see why he is so highly regarded and respected. He's a true gem.

Dr Hokstra has helped me feel better and move with ease. Whenever I start to feel a twinge in my back, he’s been able to fix the problem. I never enjoyed the cracking of a chiropractor, and the way he manipulates the muscles and targets the problem is amazing. I’ve been seeing him for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
