I Fix People..... I'm Passionate and Love what I do!!!! As trainer, coach and athlete having experienced many injuries myself, I knew it was important be aware of our bodies and their limitations. I inspired to be more then just helping people reach their fitness goals. I wanted to help people look and feel their best while being pain free! I studied at Mueller College of Holistic Studies in 2008 to be a Holistic Health Practitioner in Integrated Bodywork. Now focusing my practice in helping clients that suffer with chronic pain issues and helping athletes and performers to perform at their very best.
