Dr. Meredith Soelberg PT, DPT, MBA founded ELEVATE and opened the doors to the 2,100 sq. ft. facility in Santa Monica, CA in April, 2014. She was both a Division 1 college athlete and nationally ranked youth athlete. She did her graduate PT training at Northwestern University, one of the nation’s top-ranked programs. She is a highly experienced and respected clinician and business leader, passionate about being the very best for clients. Through The Elevate Approach, she & her team create profound and lasting improvements to people’s lives every day. She helps people of all ages with all types of injuries: youth to pro athletes & recreational movers, celebrities, & CEOs, all injury types from sprained ankles to complex post-surgical rehab; and acute to chronic pain. She’s a trusted expert with a wholistic approach, integrating manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strength & conditioning, video movement analysis & re-training to reduce pain, and return clients to their best lives.
