If you're in need of chiropractic care, look no further than Dallas Wellness Center. Dr Stewart and his amazing staff helped me fully recover from a very difficult neck and back condition, where I had constant pain. Thank you to DWC for all your help.

I cannot express my gratitude towards Dallas wellness center enough. They are very organized and friendly with their patients. They provide easy and clear communication to their patients. I came in with lower back pain to the point where i wasn't able to walk correctly. Dr Kirkpatrick, Dr Romo, and Dr Stewart did an amazing job on helping me get back on track. They sent me to get ex rays in a timely manner after showing up the first day and were able to communicate back what the issue was once the ex rays were received. They provided a plan to get me back on track and feel 100 times better than when i showed up.
From the staff helping in the front desk to the technicians helping the patients you wont go wrong with Dallas wellness center.

I had a great experience with Dr. Stewart's practice. His front office staff is attentive and the nurses are very professional. I left my 3 month treatment with virtually no pain and now recommend Dallas Wellness Center to everyone.

The Dallas Wellness Center has been a tremendous support in my recovery from the injuries I sustained in a car accident. Dr. Stewart and his staff genuinely care about their patients. Everyone at the center is professional, friendly, and highly skilled, providing excellent service. The center offers ample parking and flexible hours, making it convenient for those who need to visit after work or on Saturdays. Without the treatment I received at the Dallas Wellness Center, I honestly don’t believe I would have healed as well as I have after the traumatic car accident in 2024 that caused my neck and back injuries. It’s such a safe and welcoming environment, and the staff is dedicated to helping you heal and improve your overall well-being. I could not recommend this place enough!
