Certified in Sport massage, Lymphatic and Prenatal. Studied Exercise Science and Physical Education at USC. A certified USA Track & Field Running Coach and for the past 15 years been the Assist. Coach for Track Club L. A. A competitive runner for the past 37 years, swimmer pool and ocean for the last 12. I utilize techniques such as: Body Kinematics, Myofascial, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stretch work, and Trigger Point. I provide body assessments and utilize special medical apps to help educate my clients towards better health.I started Comfort Massage to offer clinical massage therapy for the ever increasing athletic population in Southern California. I have designed my Sports Massage to encompass various techniques to bring healthy function to the Athlete.
