소개

Paul Weiss graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy. Since then he has earned a Certificate in Manual Therapy from the Gulf Coast Graduate Institute of Physical Therapy, and a Diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the McKenzie Institute. Paul has presented on multiple occasions at the state and local level on topics related to physical therapy. He has mentored physical therapy students at Elon University in their "Partners in Anatomy" program. He assisted in rewriting Blue Cross Blue Shield's medical policy for physical therapy related to low back pain. Prior to opening Cedar Hill Physical Therapy in 2009, Paul developed and managed the Spine Physical Therapy program for a large orthopedic group in Greensboro.Several years ago, I told my wife that when I retired I wanted to have a room in our home where I continued to see patients. (I simply enjoy helping people.) She later asked me why I was going to wait to do what I wanted. I could not come up with a good reason. We researched what it would take to make this happen, and found that we could do it. Having been a physical therapist for two decades, I had plenty of opportunities to see what did work and what did not. What helps to get people better faster is consistent care provided by an expert in a relaxed, uninterrupted environment. Allowing time to answer a patient's questions as well as time to insure they are performing their exercises correctly makes the difference between whether or not a patient achieves a successful outcome. In opening my own clinic I have not settled for anything less.
