Dr. Bridges is an Ames native. He was introduced to chiropractic at the age of 6 when he was first adjusted. Within a month his health improved and he was off all asthma medications. He grew up wanting to help others improve their health naturally. Dr. Bridges moved back home to Ames in 1996 and started Bridges Chiropractic Clinic.
