Beret is a certified yoga teacher, a RRCA certified running coach and has logged over 3000+ hours of Orthopedic Canadian education towards Massage Therapy and Rehab, the New York State standard is 1000 to only massage. A native to the tri state area, Beret earned her degree in Orthopedic/Rehabilitation massage in Ontario Canada. In addition to the New York standards, Beret completed 2 years of full time intensive study in Orthopedic Massage, Assessment and Fascia Manipulation. As part of her massage graduation requirement, she completed internships at a Parkinson's clinic, an AIDS hospice, and a Naturopathic doctor's office. In her first post-graduation years, she practiced at a Medical Massage clinic, specializing in automobile accident and workman's compensation patients. Beret has logged over 3000+ hours of Orthopedic Canadian education towards Massage Therapy and Medical Massage, the New York State standard is 1000. She believes passionately in her work and its effectiveness.Body Mechanics Orthopedic Massage is a science based massage practice using pain free range of motion as its guide. Body Mechanics Massage is a lot more that an average massage therapy experience. We specialize in sports massage, Medical Massage, TMJ, Pre-natal massage, post-natal massage, runners massage, and relaxation. All this is done in a one of a kind spa space while giving a real therapy treatment. All clients given a full assessment. And we have taken a stand for fair pay for therapists and quality treatment (we book 30 min between massage appointments so you are never rushed)
