As a full-contact roller derby athlete, chiropractic care is an important part of my wellness routine, and Dr. Rosie has been instrumental in keeping me moving and performing at my best. Rose is wonderful! I’ve had a leg/knee issue that has made it painful and difficult to walk for over 4 months. After getting X-rays and being told little beyond arthritis and strain, Rose contributed it to my IT band. With her gentle adjustments and stretches, I am now able to move more freely without grimacing.
After my last few visits, it feels like a miracle!

Doc Russel is a great chiropractor who integrates bodywork with each session. This greatly helps me integrate the adjustments with an activator. I’ve had occipital neuralgia for years and while I do get regular nerve block injections, chiropractic does assist in overall pain management. Doc is friendly, professional and always provides me relief after each session.
