Dr. David Newton is a graduate of the University of Western States in Portland, OR. Dr. Newton has a strong background not only in human biomechanics, but also in athletics and sports injuries. In addition to his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree, Dr. Newton earned a Master's degree in Exercise and Sports Science, is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP), and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Dr. Newton believes in spending adequate time evaluating for movement dysfunction as this is often the cause for injuries over time. By providing an in-depth movement assessment, treatment and corrective exercises can be as specific as possible to truly address the underlying causes.
