Shelley has over 25 years of retail management experience in the cosmetics industry. She learned about customer service early in her career at Nordstrom. She has worked as an account manager for MAC cosmetics, Chanel, and Benefit cosmetics and most recently was a store manager at Starbucks. She is focused on giving each client the best possible experience while they are at Zama. When she is not working Shelley spends time with her husband Larry and their dog Lucy. She also enjoys doing hot yoga and cooking for friends and family.Zama began as an LMT owned company where the focus was about providing top-notch massage therapy. After 10 years of growing exponentially with massage, our clients were asking us for more. In 2012 we opened our skin care, eyelash extension and far infrared therapy departments. Our beautiful nail room and salt cave therapy rooms followed suit in 2014. We are and have been consistently voted Best Massage in Portland, our massage team is comprised of seasoned therapists who are specifically trained to provide top-notch therapeutic care. We provide award-winning massage blended with beauty and wellness services. Our focus on individualized care has made us the trusted source for a range of therapies. We provide a rejuvenating healing space in a peaceful sanctuary where our guests can truly get away from it all.
