N. Guy Welch PT, MPT Guy completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Brigham Young University in 1988. He received a Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Idaho State University in 1992. Upon graduation, Guy began working at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, where he spent three years training in Neurological Rehabilitation, Wound Care, Acute Care Orthopedics, and Outpatient Physical Therapy. Over the next few years, he expanded his experience in Geriatrics, Pain Management, and underwent extensive coursework in Manual Therapy. He began his private practice in 1996 in Chandler and Mesa, expanding to Gilbert in 2004. He presently treats patients full-time in his Gilbert facility.Welch Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is privately owned and operated by Guy Welch, P.T. Welch Physical Therapy began in 1996 with two clinics and one simple goal: to take care of people. Despite our growth since then, commitment to helping people remains the same.
