Lindsay Mumma, DC, is a chiropractor, BIRTHFIT Regional Director, wife, mom, author, and athlete. She started TriangleCRC in 2012 to work with athletes, but quickly found herself as a pregnant athlete, and began attracting a similar population to her practice. With the addition and expansion of BIRTHFIT NC beginning on 2014, and the addition of Mackenzie Smith, DC, in 2018, TriangleCRC continues to grow in order to meet the needs of its patients. Dr. Mumma is proud of the practice she's built and is so grateful for the opportunity to be part of her patients' lives.What first started as an athlete-focused practice gradually became the go-to location for pregnant and postpartum women. The doctors - three chiropractors and one acupuncturist - now see all types of patients from age 0-100 and offer respectful care to all. Triangle Chiropractic and Rehab maintains unique approach of caring for the whole person from a functional standpoint with collaborative care. The doctors all strive to continue learning daily in order to best serve their patients. Additional services to support patients and the community include infrared sauna, a 39 degree cold Plunge, and Women's Fitness and Strength Flow classes.
