Hi! Trainer In PINK was birthed from my own journey or losing 65lbs and a passion for understanding the human body. I am a licensed bodywork therapist, an Ortho-Kinetics specialist, and nationally accredited as a certified personal trainer. Some of my smaller certifications and education has been in biomechanics, myofascial, neuromuscular, and trigger point modalities as well as muscle activation techniques. I saw a need in the industry for people with low back pain, spine degeneration, knee and shoulder issues and the professionals around me were not equipped to help with that. Who would have guessed it would become a huge passion of mine and my favorite part of working with the human body! Lets get you pain free and feeling your best!!We work with chiropractors, physical therapists and physicians to team together, helping clients achieve the best version of themselves.
