Dr. Michael Choe received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from USC, and is a Certified Sports and Conditioning Specialist. He has worked in a wide range of settings, including acute care, home health and outpatient orthopedic facilities. Michael emphasizes patient education to promote the understanding of structural impairments, as well as therapeutic exercises, to modify daily activities for management and prevention of symptoms for long-term success. Dr. John Pennella attended USC, receiving his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. John has worked with high school to professional athletes throughout his clinical rotations in graduate school, as well as children and elderly in home health care services. Through his clinical education, doctorate training, and experiences in orthopedics, sports medicine, acute care, neurology, pediatric care and manual therapy he has developed his own style of physical therapy. The LAB Doctors of Physical Therapy made its debut in downtown Los Angeles on June 2016, and has made its Beverly Hills appearance in February 2025.
