I am in LOVE with this place. I do not have one single complaint. If I could give more than 5 stars, I immediately would! The office itself is amazing. Everything looks new and modern, and the girls at the front desk decorate the office with whichever holiday it is, so the office feels extremely welcoming and homey! And lastly (but most importantly), the staff and the chiropractors themselves. Dr. Christopher Spence and Dr. Skylar Telamantes are EXCEPTIONAL. Oh my goodness. I have severe scoliosis so I have chronic pain, but those two take away my back pain for days afterwards! They are very friendly, effective, and knowledgeable. The girls at the front desk are phenomenal. They are so cute! They dress up for holidays as well, so they complete the aesthetic of the office. They themselves are very friendly, effective and knowledgeable. I have never left a conversation with them and become sad or upset. They improve my mood actually. They greet you as you enter the office and as you leave. It is so wholesome! 1000000000 / 10 RECOMMEND!!!

It baffles me how this place got high rating. Like many other reviewers , there is no service, staff is unfriendly, and I got barely adjusted. There is no care and no service. When I went to my appt after X-rays, I was asked if I found a lawyer for my fender bender accident. It made me feel uncomfortable like many others people. They did not like that I did not go with there lawyer and pushed me to make a decision whether I'm going with a lawyer or dealing with insurance. When I said I'm not sure they cancelled my appts. Then gave me unwanted legal advice to ask for $5,000 dollars. Which made me extremely upset and uncomfortable Because they only care about money and not patients. What made me angry is I wasted gas to go to the office when they could of called me on the phone to cancel the appt. Not coming back ever found greener pastures elsewhere with a caring chiropractor that gives me service, and more. Plus the X-rays this office does is a scam. The X-rays show how bad your back is when in reality it deceptive it really shows normal aging of your back which is normal. Which is a lie to make you believe you will be seeing a chiropractor forever. That's what they really want you to believe. Because all they care about is money , not patients Awful place,deceptive place. Do not go here . Worst place ever.

⭐ 1 Star I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Spence Chiropractic. I came in with serious back and neck pain, but the therapy machine was only used for about 8 minutes, which is clearly not enough. When I politely asked if I could get a few more minutes, the female staff member became rude and yelled at me instead of addressing my concern professionally. Another woman called Tania then said, “You got the wrong woman today,” which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As a patient in pain, I should not be spoken to that way. The chiropractor ( Terry Riley D.C) barely adjusted me just a quick touch on my back and then said I was done. I spent more time waiting than actually receiving treatment. There was no care, no listening, and no effort to help my condition. This place made me feel rushed, disrespected, and not taken seriously as a patient. I do not recommend Spence Chiropractic to anyone looking for proper treatment or respectful staff.

Alexis and the intake team were great. Dr. Spence himself was insensitive and post poned our treatment to make sure our attorney would not drop our case half way through the process. His main concern is getting paid it seemed, not creating a positive experience for new patients who have already been through the ringer. The chairs were awful, further worsened my condition- and to me do not truly qualify as an adjustment. I got an "adjustment" alright and I'll never be back. Sooo disappointed, really wanted to love this place.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over two years, and I can’t recommend it enough! Before I started chiropractic care, I was struggling with neck pain from working long hours in an office, and I even had trouble sleeping. But thanks to Dr. Talamantes, Dr. Terry, and Dr. Spence, everything changed! Dr. Talamantes and Dr. Terry have so much experience and took the time to explain my X-rays in detail, helping me understand exactly what was happening with my body. And I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Spence, the clinic director—he is incredibly gentle, professional, and truly cares about his patients. Every adjustment feels precise and effective, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. The adjustments have made a huge difference—I feel more aligned, have less pain, and I’m finally sleeping better. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. If you're going through a tough time with any kind of pain, I highly encourage you to try chiropractic care. You’ll be amazed at how your body can heal itself naturally!
