Dr. Shimer is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. Dr. Shimer will use multiple techniques to improve her patient's wellbeing. She also adjusts extremities such as shoulders, elbows, wrist, knees and feet. Dr. Shimer is continually advancing her education to improve her abilities to help more people. She has done post-graduate education at the Pettibon Institute in biomechanics and spinal rehabilitation and the Carrick Institute in neurology and electrical diagnostics. She will go the extra mile to make sure her patients receive exceptional chiropractic care. She will put together a personal wellness care program designed to rejuvenate the spine and improve her patients' health. Patients are treated as an individual and not a number with a plan that is tailored to them. Everyone can benefit from a customized wellness treatment plan specific to their needs no matter your age, gender, or weight. Dr. Shimer works on patients that are 7 years old and up.Shimer Chiropractic, PC opened on February 27, 2017. Dr. Wendy Shimer has been practicing in the state of Colorado since 2012 and in Longmont at a different practice since 2013.
