So so so grateful I found Dr. Josh and his online rehab course. I am a surfer (not a ju jitsu person) but his wisdom and experience was not only helpful, but necessary after I hurt myself surfing and could not do the thing I love the most. Dr. Josh is outstanding!! His customer service, knowledge in sport injuries, recovery and prevention are superb.
