Dr. Gregory began her chiropractic interest after injuring herself when she was an amateur boxer. She began to see a chiropractor and her physical problems diminished quickly. The natural process of healing without medication or surgery motivated her to obtain her chiropractic degree and provide the full spectrum of health and wellness to her clients. Being a former patient and athlete herself (boxing, softball, triathlete, tennis), she understands the demands of being a patient and also knows the importance of peak athletic performance as well as achieving optimal physical health. Her experience, intuition, diversity, sense of humor, resourcefulness and intelligence not only allow her to be an excellent doctor who gets results, but enables her patients to feel comfortable and understood while obtaining their optimal health goals.Our office originally opened in San Carlos but moved to the mission district in San Francisco, CA. We are wellness and sports experts and offer the full range of care to our patients covering ergonomics, car accident recovery, sports rehabilitation, pregnancy relief (Webster technique), postural work, exercises, stress relief and nutrition. We offer soft tissue healing techniques and utilize cold laser therapy in our care plans if necessary.
