I'm known as Dr. Liz by my patients, but I am also the owner of two chiropractic businesses and a proud mother. At Pacific Wellness, you are treated just like a part of our family. I started as a chiropractor in 2006 in Reno, Nv and began Pacific Wellness in Beautiful San Diego in 2013. I am so happy with the evolution of Pacific Wellness, as I stand behind a personalized, higher quality style of care. Thank you for becoming part of our Pacific Wellness family! We are new to the Rancho Bernardo community and are so excited to be here! We are proud to be offering high quality pre-natal, pediatric and lifestyle chiropractic care to the families in Rancho Bernardo. We are located inside Lovestrong Wellness, an all inclusive healthcare facility for your perinatal, pediatric and family needs. Lovestrong Wellness offers acupuncture, massage therapy, pediatric PT, pediatric OT, lactation, pelvic floor PT, mental therapy AND Chiropractic.
