Dr. Ericka Craft Mizuta, DPT, physical therapist attended Virginia Commonwealth University and the Medical College of Virginia. She graduated with honors and a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. During her residency years, Dr. Mizuta worked in prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, the Medical College of Virginia, as well as the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Mizuta has over 20,000 of experience in outpatient orthopedic care. Continuing education is a large part in the treatment of physical therapy patients. Dr. Mizuta has striven to stay current with the recent research in her field. She has taken continuing education courses in vestibular rehabilitation, orthotic fabrication, functional rehabilitation, as well as spinal rehabilitation.Mizuta & Associates Physical Therapy was established by Dr. Ericka Craft Mizuta, DPT, physical therapist in 2009. After years of working with orthopedic patients, Dr. Mizuta, DPT had a desire to open a clinic where patients would receive direct one on one quality care that surpasses all other clinics. Out of this dream, Mizuta & Associates was formed and opened. In 2017 Mizuta PT changed it's business model and switched to a mobile physical therapy clinic. Mizuta PT provides outpatient therapy services at client's homes, workplaces, gyms, and schools allowing our therapists to work with clients on skills right where they need them.
