Dr. Mehta -

I was referred to Mehta Family Healthcare after I was in a car accident. I was in pretty bad shape, couldn’t move too much and had constant pain. I was nervous about going because I had never been to a chiropractor before. When I arrived I explained my concerns to Dr. Mehta and he very kindly explained that he would treat me “as his own child.” He explained everything in incredible detail; what he was going to adjust, how he was going to adjust me, where, why. Explained how it would help, how I would feel after, and how we could move forward if I felt that it helped. After my first adjustment I felt so much better. Instant relief. I could move my back, my spine just felt so much more flexible, lighter, less tight. The pain in my lower back was pretty much gone! I felt lighter. I walked around taller and more poised. It’s sounds crazy but it truly made me feel better after one adjustment. All of my doubts and skepticism were gone. I knew I had to return. I thanked him and made an appointment to return. Each time I arrived, the receptionist greeted me so warmly and were always so friendly and made me feel very welcomed. Dr. Mehta takes his time to ensure each patient feels understood so he can get an understanding of how he can help. After seeing him for several weeks I went from being almost at a 10 in my pain, down to a 1. I gained range of motion and mobility back. I felt like myself again. I cannot thank him enough for how much he has helped me. I used to cry everyday from how much pain I was in after the accident, now I’m back to feeling like my self. I highly recommend Mehta Family Healthcare to anyone who’s thinking about getting adjusted. And there’s no need to be nervous or scared!! I was definitely scared at first, but I left feeling better each time and I went back each time with no concerns, no worries, I just knew I would leave feeling better.
