Dr. Evans is the clinic director and business owner. Dr. Evans is also a United States Army Vet and a graduate of Baylor in which he received his Doctoral of Physical Therapy. He began Medical Center Physical Therapy at 2040 Babcock Road in which he was there for 26 years and has recently expanded his facility to house two Doctors and a Licensed counselor. He began this business to help patients return back to work and back to their daily life.The business was started back in 1992 with only a physical therapist (Dr. Evans) treating and evaluating patients. Dr. Evans received his degree from Baylor University once he was complete in serving in the USA Army. Dr. Evans grew his practice by adding MedCenter Work Recovery which is now the only CARF accredited business in San Antonio and only a handful in the United States. Dr. Evans has also recently added two MD's to his clinic Dr. Lowry who is a Concussion and Orthopedic Specialist, as well as Dr. Dunn our VA physician and Medical Acupuncture specialist and the addition of Dina Cavazos our Cognitive Retraining and Behavioral counselor. Our clinic is a team of Multidisciplinary Health Professionals that have helped grew his business for the past 26 years. Which has resulted in Dr. Evans expanding his facility "MedCenter Rehab" to our new location that houses our TEAM at 10130 Huebner Road.
