Drs. Trevor and Teresa Crossley are a husband and wife chiropractic team who love to laugh and have fun. They believe there is a fundamental gap in most patient care in which chiropractic can be utilized for better health outcomes. Their passion in chiropractic is to help educate patients & provide them the best information to make their own decision on their terms. Dr. Trevor & Dr. Teresa have both received extensive training in diagnosis & treatment from newborn to elder care. They believe the key to a healthy life begins with realizing the value of chiropractic care on your terms. Both doctors never employ scare tactics, guilt-trips or force you into any treatment. They provide the education & tools helping you decide what is best for yourself and support you with any choice you make. After thriving and growing a strong patient following, Drs. Trevor and Teresa married and made the decision to move back to their hometown of San Diego to be closer and start a family of their own. Dr. Teresa quickly gained success through her great results becoming a very well-known prenatal and pedicatric chiropractor. She continues serving the San Diego population as one of the top prenatal chiropractors in the San Diego area. Dr. Trevor focuses on sports care, movement, & rehab with great success in treating extremity issues. He continues his care by providing thorough diagnoses, patient education, & formulating thoughtful approaches to care on an individualized and unique basis. Both Dr. Trevor and Dr. Teresa work together and provide a well-rounded practice treating families, athletes and everyone in between.
