Johnny's history as an athlete dates back to his 12 years as a competitive basketball and football player in high school and college. Having worked exclusively with the strength and conditioning programs at both USC and UCLA, training collegiate and professional athletes of all sports, Johnny has learned from some of the very best in the industry. The fitness professional was featured in the Health and Fitness section of Pasadena Magazine based on his accomplishments and efficient workout routines. Johnny has attained his Master's Degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention, after attaining his undergraduate education in Kinesiology (Exercise and Performance Enhancement). He is a certified Neuromuscular Therapist (NMT), Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST), Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Precision Nutrition Coach (Pn1), Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms), and Titleist Performance Institute Certified (TPI)JT Strength Therapy is a comprehensive wellness program that includes an assessment of muscular imbalances, postural distortions, and movement restrictions. The program uses a combination of soft tissue manipulation, corrective exercise, and strength training to properly align the human body and allow it to move and perform at its maximal potential. It employs neuromuscular and other manual therapy techniques in addition to strength training to meet your wellness needs.
