FYI- My last name has changed from Nordahl to Arme, and my business is now called Intuitive Bodywork! I found that bodywork was so helpful for managing my own chronic pain and headaches, more so than any other treatment I've tried over the years. I love to help others also find a better, more natural approach to healing their bodies and feeling better. I want to share the importance of self-care!Licensed as an Oregon massage therapist May 2013. I started my private practice in 2014. I have over 170 hrs of training in Craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute. I've worked in chiropractic settings and franchise settings in addition to my private practice.
