Erica Padilla grew up in Prunedale, California, a small country town in Monterey County. She earned a business management degree from Hartnell College in Salinas California and began her professional career managing restaurants in the Monterey Bay area. She left the Monterey Bay area and purchased a home in the Las Vegas Valley area. Erica focused on raising her two daughters while searching for her niche in the holistic community, a longtime passion. Erica developed a healthy vending machine company and became a representative with Doterra essential oils. Erica has a passion for helping others through holistic healing and developed a common bond with her business partner Elliott Reed in a vision to expanding IMR from its original location to a full wellness center.
