Acerca de

Dr. James Caginalp grew up in the suburbs of Long Island, NY. His passion for playing tennis led him to experience severe injuries as a teenager to his shoulder and hip requiring surgery and intense physical therapy. James' experience with different medical professionals and physical therapists at a young age left him with a passion for helping people and led him to attend Syracuse University where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. Upon completion of his undergraduate education, James attended Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York where upon completion of the three year program he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. During this time, he completed internships with renowned orthopedic and sports specialists in New York, Colorado, and Illinois. Following graduation, James took significant postgraduate training in Functional Manual Therapy™, Maitland™, and Spinal Manipulation Techniques.Founded in 2019, Health Loft provides Nutrition Counseling.
