In 2010 someone important in my life was rear-ended on the freeway. After the car accident she tried multiple approaches to get out of pain, including chiropractic and physical therapy, but what she said helped her the most was Rolfing Structural Integration. During the next two years, I kept meeting people who I knew would feel much better if only they would do a series of Rolfing SI sessions. I wanted to help them, so in 2012 I quit my desk job and enrolled at The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration. Now, as a Certified Rolfer, I work full time to help my clients experience lasting benefits of increased comfort, awareness, and balance within their own bodies.
