For me, it's all about making a positive difference in people's lives everyday, whether that be inspiring others to be healthier through improved diet and exercise, or educating someone as to why they have chronic migraines, or TMJ. My motto in life is 1life1body and I feel it's imperative as a pioneer in the healthcare field, to embrace that wholeheartedly! I never take good health for granted and am proactive about encouraging others while living the part myself. One of my goals is to educate and change the perception of massage being solely for "relaxation". Our goal at Dynamic Touch is not to get people to relax, (that will be a by product) but to empower our clients to make their health a priority and realize that posture and postural habits are a big part of creating one's tension. Our treatment will promote muscular realignment, improved self-awareness, and bury tension in a shallow unmarked grave.
