I am a retired USN disabled veteran with debilitating lower back issues. I have been through PT, pain injections, chiropractic care and nothing has made me feel better. My PCM at the VA insisted I try acupuncture. I met with Suzi, the acupuncturist two weeks ago and immediately felt at ease with her. We talked the first 30 minutes and then started treatment. All I can say is she is magical and I’m so happy I chose to see her. After my 2nd visit, I can honestly say I feel some relief from the painful pulling nerve pain going down the backs of my legs. I’m looking forward to seeing her again next week🥹. She really is good at what she does. Thank you Suzi🙏🏼

Dr. Sarah is truly a miracle worker. She really cares about her patients and meticulously chooses a treatment plan based off individual needs. I appreciate the holistic approach and tips she gives to make life changes and improvements. The staff are also wonderful and accommodating! I cannot recommend them enough

I started appts apx four weeks ago, weekly, due to pain radiating through my shoulder blade. Since receiving care, the pain has localized and subsided tremendously compared to the first visit. I am still hopeful we can achieve complete recovery and restoration in the near future. Injury base- likely a sleep injury. Who knew. Additionally I am 17 weeks pregnant. The entire staff is kind, warm and welcoming. It's a very family oriented environment. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for care.

Coastal Chiropractic in Beaufort is excellent. Dr. Adam and Dr. Sara are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. They take the time to listen and explain everything, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I love Coastal Chiropractic and Wellness! I have used all of their services, and everyone has been fantastic. I usually see Dr. Sarah, but I recommend everyone that works here! All of the assistants and receptionists are so welcoming and wonderful.
