Lu started working with deep tissue massages 14 years ago while studying alternative medicine at a naturopathy college. To what at first was a sports massage she added skills from further education and practical experience: Neuromuscular and Trigger Point techniques, elements of TuiNa(traditional Chinese bodyworks), Reflexology, stretches & soft tissuemanipulation techniques. In her practice in Germany she combined her bodywork with acupuncture and became known for resolving such chronic issues as sciatic pain,tension headaches, vertigo and tinnitus. Looking to further help her clients, she studied Being in Balance® Movement Exercises for better posture, balance, coordination, strength, flexibility & range of motion. In 2006, she closed her practice in Germany & came to the US to study Rolfing to improve her diagnostic skills offer more permanent solutions for her clients... And the results she sees are "thrilling!"We opened in 2008 with the philosophy that if we value our therapists, they will take very good care of our clients.
